A U.S. Army Corps of Engineers recreation area, Kelly Creek Marina offers guests the opportunity to enjoy a variety of activities, including boating, camping, fishing, picnicking and watersports. A public park, Kelly Creek Landing has a campground available.
At the campground, there are 75 sites available. Hookups include 30-amp electrical connections. Forty of the sites have sewer connections. Some sites are back-in while others are pull-thru. Tents are not permitted, but pets are allowed. Camping rates are $13 per night. No reservations are required for the campground. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Recreational facilities include a boat ramp, playground, boat marina and a swimming area. The park is partially handicap accessible, and is open year round. Kelly Creek Landing is conveniently located near other parks and recreational areas. It is also a short drive from shopping, restaurants and attractions.
Kelly Creek Marina is the only full-service marina located on Wright Patman Lake. It offers 100 wet storage slips. There is a fishing barge, boat ramp and a convenience store that sells a variety of items, such as drinks, snacks, bait and fishing supplies.
Kelly Creek Landing is located at 4221 County Road 1208 in Maud. To reach the park, from the Junction of Highway 67 and Highway 8, travel south 0.5-miles on Highway 8 to FM-2624 then go east 5.5 miles to an unmarked paved road.
